Receptionist Requirements:

High School Degree or Equivalent (Required)

Prior office administrative experience (Required)

Prior experience working in Microsoft Office Suite (Required)

Prior Experience Working with Customer Service

Skill in active listening and giving full attention to what others are saying

Ability to communicate information and ideas in speaking so others will understand

Ability to learn and adapt to changes
Receptionist Responsibilities:
-
Serve visitors by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately
-
Confirmation of client meetings into CRM in accordance with Financial Planners’ schedule
-
Answer incoming calls & transfer accordingly
-
Maintain security by following procedures and controlling access – take assigned cyber courses
-
Onboard new prospects and potential prospects from 3rd party marketing vendor into CRM system
-
Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, collating, faxing etc.
-
Assembly of appointment documents prior to meetings
-
Send onboarding gifts
-
Clean conference room after meeting
-
Birthday calls and cards (A’s-B’s), anniversary calls, confirmation calls, etc.
-
Client callouts (15-20/day)
-
Preparation and delivery of client birthday / anniversary recognition and appreciation letters and gifts
-
Assist in coordination of client appreciation events
-
All other duties as assigned

Ability to commute
